I’m standing in the doorway to my life, a hand on each side of the frame, trying not to be twined in the tail end of the last dream. I look around, not finding something, just need to know where I’m supposed to be. Every memory that glittered now glows just like a TV interference screen.
I take a deep breath to stay calm in my heart in the midst of those things, cuz I know that silence says everything. And then, say hello to my Twenty-two. ❤
“I go to seek on many roads
What is to be.
True heart and strong, with love to light—
Will they not bear me in the fight
To order, shun or wield or mould
